DinHyresvärd is the portal where you can report faults if something needs to be fixed in your apartment. To get started with an account, follow this guide.
2. Mobility: bike pool, sauna, music room, etc.
In Promenadhuset Iggy, it should be easy to travel and transport through Malmö! In the house you therefore have access to shared box bikes, electric bikes, taxi bikes and loan bikes when you have guests visiting or if your own bike is being repaired.
In addition to the bike pool, there is also a music room, a sauna with panoramic views of Malmö and a guest apartment.
To get started and book these shared resources, follow the email you received from Siegel to confirm your account on the Bokamera booking service. The email is sent from Bokamera. Double check that it has not ended up in your spam folder! Click on the link in the email to confirm that you want to use the service. Then click on the button below to go to the booking page.
Book the laundry and music room in the courtyard
För att boka tvättstugan och musikrummet, som inte kostar något att boka, så gör ni detta genom att använda era taggar nere i entréerna. Där, på bokningsskärmen, bokar ni tvättstugan och musikrummet.
3. Bilpool (OurGreenCar)
Ibland behövs det en bil, därför har du som bor i Iggy tillgång till bilpool genom tjänsten OurGreenCar. Som boende i Iggy får du gratis tillgång till premiummedlemskap, vilket innebär lägre priser när du hyr en bil. Klicka här för att komma igång med registrering.
4. Porttelefon
The intercom at the entrance is linked to your mobile phone. When someone dials your name on the intercom, you will be called. Answer it and you can talk to the visitor. If you want to open the gate, press the “5” button. If you don't want to open, just hang up the phone!
