Mobility and shared spaces
This is where you'll find information about the shared spaces and resources in IGGY.
Bokning görs via ditt konto på Bokamera. Det finns ett konto per lägenhet, kopplat till samma mailadress som hyresavierna kommer till.

Sauna and terrace
Opening hours
The sauna is open and available for booking on weekdays from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. and on weekends from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. The heat must be turned on manually when you arrive at the sauna, and it takes 15 minutes to reach the desired temperature.
Booking and payment
Bookings are made through the digital booking system. The sauna can be booked for a maximum of two hours at a time. On weekdays at a cost of 50 SEK per hour, on weekends at a cost of 75 SEK per hour.
Payment is made when you're making the booking in the digital booking system.
Cleaning
Leave the sauna the way you want to find it (or even better)! You are responsible for cleaning up after yourself. If we have to hire a cleaning company because you have not cleaned up after yourself, we will charge you for the cleaning and you may be blocked from using it. Cleaning equipment is available on site. If this is missing, please contact
Also make sure that the door to the sauna itself is closed, otherwise the heat cannot be turned on for the next booking.
Rules
- Bring your own towel and toilet paper
- Don't put anything on the heating unit in the sauna (fire risk)
- No essential oils in the sauna
- Always sit on a towel
- If you bring food and drink, take all cans/bottles and packaging with you when you leave
- To use the shower on the terrace: turn the bottom knob to the horizontal position. When you have finished showering: turn back to the vertical position.
- Clean up after yourself before you leave
- Make sure the door to the sauna is closed
Booking system
The sauna, guest apartment, bicycles and walking accessories can be booked via the apartment's account on Bokamera. Please send us an email if you are unable to log in.
Music room and courtyard
The music room is a small room that can be used for music or other creative activities. The room is equipped with various instruments etc.
The music room is available for booking from 06-22 every day, and can be booked via the screens in the entrances. There is no charge for using the room.
Cleaning
Leave the yard as you want to find it (or better)! You are responsible for cleaning up after yourself. If we have to hire a cleaning company because you have not cleaned up after yourself, we will charge you for the cleaning and you may be blocked from using it. Cleaning equipment is available on site. If anything is missing, please report the fault to the property manager.
Guest apartment
The guest room can be booked through the booking screen in the entrance.
Gästlägenheten låser du upp med din bokningstagg (den svarta, platta taggen). Det är endast denna tagg som fungerar till gästlägenheten, inte de andra rundade.
Bokningen kostar 400 kr/natt, och betalas i samband med bokning.
OBS: Avbokning måste göras 7 dagar innan bokningens start.
The guest apartment is equipped with:
- Stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator + freezer
- Coffee machine, microwave and electric kettle
- Cutlery, plates, glasses and kitchen utensils
- 1 180cm bed, 1 90cm bed
- 1 desk and 1 kitchen table
- Toilet + shower
- Wifi
- Cleaning supplies
Bed linens not provided, please bring your own.

Textilstuga
The textile/laundry rooms are on the first floor in both stairwells.
Here you can do your laundry and mend your clothes.
Booking
Booking of the textile room is done on the booking screens.
There are 2 washing machines and 1 drying cabinet. The textile room can be booked in 4-hour intervals, from 07:00-22:00, every day of the week. The textile room can be booked 2 times a week per household, and you can book up to 30 days in advance. A maximum of 2 active bookings can be made.
You must start your washing time no later than 15 minutes after your allocated time starts. Otherwise, the remaining time of your booking will be available for someone else to book. There must be at least 90 minutes left of a booking time to book the textile room on that occasion.
OBS! You must finish your laundry at the end of your session - do not leave your laundry after your booked time. After your finished session, you can open the door for a few more minutes, but only so that you don't get locked out. You should not use that time for washing.
Rules of conduct
The basic rule is to leave the laundry room in the condition you want to find it. Keep it clean and tidy, and there will be no problems. You are responsible for cleaning up after yourself, and you may be blocked from using it if not. Cleaning equipment is provided. If this is not available, please report it to the property manager.
Mobility
IGGY offers a chance at an urban mobile life without a car by utilizing through walking and cycling resources as well as public transport.
Rules for using the shared mobility resources
- During the booking you are responsible for the object you use (bike/rucksack etc)
- You have to return it on time and replace it at the same spot. Bikes are to be locked with all locks (one or two depending on the bike).
- If you park a bike in another place during your booking, you must lock it properly in frame and wheel.
- If you park an electric bike during your booking, you have to bring the battery with you – it must not be left on the bike.

- You are responsible for equipping the bike with bike lights while using it in order to fulfill traffic rules
Booking
Bokning sker via Bokameras plattform, och vid inflyttning får du information per mail för att aktivera ditt konto.
You pick up the keys in the key locker and replace them when your booking is over. It is a digital locker that keeps track of who picks the keys, so it is possible to check that they are used according to the booking.
Returning the items
Return the bike/stroller/rucksack/other item in the same place that you found it, och return the key.
You're responsible for the bike you've borrowed and have to return it in the same condition you found it. You're also responsible for making sure the bike is properly locked while it's parked – with all locks provided.
Cycling resources
Bike fixing day
Every year, tenants get help with their bicycle repairs in the building's bike workshop, with a bike mechanic on site. Information about this is announced by email.
Bike parking
Bike parking is available in the basement, in the courtyard and in front of the building.
The places are not numbered, but you can use them flexibly in the way that best suits your and your neighbors' needs.
Please place bikes that are rarely used on the upper part of the two-storey bike rack. Put childrens' bikes and race bikes in the two-storey racks close to the entrances – they are lower. Cargo bikes are to be placed outside of the bike racks, in the middle section of the basement where there is plenty of space.
Bike pool
The bike pool consists of:
- 2 cargo bikes
- 1 electrical bike
- 1 taxi bike
- 13 fold-up bikes (1 per floor i each stairwell)

Siegel does not provide bicycle lighting. Please bring your own lights to use when borrowing the building's bikes, so you comply with traffic rules.
Bike workshop
The bike workshop can be booked just like the bikes, and is done in the app. When using the bike workshop, you are responsible for handling the tools responsibly and for returning the tools where you found them in the lockers.
Bike wash
There is a bike wash in the courtyard where you can rinse your bike.
Please note that only eco-labelled cleaners should be used, otherwise the plants will not be happy.
Walking resources
Wheely bags
On each floor there is a wheely bag, essentially just a shopping bag on wheels, which you can use when you are going shopping.
Water fountains
By every entrance there is a water fountain.
Walking sticks
On each floor there are walking sticks you can borrow for your next power walk.
Sack barrow
In the basement there is a sack barrow you can borrow when needed.
Running stroller
There are three running strollers you can borrow for when you want to go running with your child.

Sporty, practical rucksack for when you need to go a bit further and carry more.
